Cooperation of large companies and SMEs – what changes it can bring to the collaboration parties?

Discussion themes: joint projects of large companies with micro and small companies requires a special approach from both sides and creation of communication channels in order to make the collaboration efficient. Will efforts of the both parties bring changes in the collaborating companies? What changes are to be expected?
